Our Story
Bethany endured fifteen years of a verbally, emotionally and mentally abusive relationship. In 2018 she bravely made the choice of freedom through divorce. It was during that process that she was able to slowly, intentionally and meticulously build beauty from the ashes for herself, seven-year-old son and four-year-old daughter. The village who surrounded her and her tiny humans is how she not only survived but persevered during uncertainty and pure chaos.
With time, she fought her way out of the shell she had become, experienced PTSD healing and learned how to overcome deep rooted fears. Her dearest friend reconnected her to a guitar-playing, food-loving man she had known of from her teenage days and despite her adamant wish to remain alone for eternity, Life had other plans. Cole safely, consistently, patiently and gently showed her and the kids genuine, unconditional love and in 2022 he proposed in front of their families around a campfire, she ugly cried and they vowed to trust their love into creating a forever family.
Though each of Cole and Bethany’s individual past lives are vastly different, it’s together that their orchestrated backgrounds has given them a heartfelt desire to be a help to those going through their unique journeys so they too can find their own beautiful ways to…
